Actively engaged in the Australian livestock industry, James Lilburne is regarded for his diverse skill set as an agricultural marketer, and beef and sheep producer.
In 2023, he founded the Australian Topstock Collective with a commitment to represent the premier livestock operators in the country. The current cohort comprises over thirty of the nation’s most sought-after beef and sheep growers.
Decades of industry experience have enabled James to cultivate relationships across the whole supply chain, spanning from farmers to meat processors and feedlots. These extensive networks serve as valuable assets that he will leverage to enhance international market access, providing a world-class, reliable supply of Australian beef.
James’ blend of hands-on experience in both beef production and marketing, coupled with his confidence in the Collective’s stringent standards of animal husbandry and traceability, places him in a unique position to navigate the export sector and supply chain while prioritising optimal care for the group’s cattle.
