While the family’s purchase of the country’s top-priced bull for $105,00 in 2017 positioned them as leaders in the Wagyu industry, particularly when it comes to marbling levels, it is their ongoing progeny testing of the commercial herd that sets them apart - allowing performance data to inform better breeding decisions for reproductive efficiency, liveweight gain, and eating quality.
